This policy explains what information DupeVerdict (“we”, “us”) collects when you use dupeverdict.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

Email address, only if you sign up for our newsletter. We use it to send DupeVerdict emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Our email provider is MailerLite.

Usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Messages you send us, such as correction reports, including your email address if you give it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not ask for payment details. Purchases happen on retailers’ own sites.

Retailer links and cookies

When you click a retailer link, the retailer or its affiliate network may set cookies to track that a purchase came from DupeVerdict. Those cookies are controlled by the retailer or network, such as the affiliate networks we participate in, under their own privacy policies.

DupeVerdict itself does not set cookies. Retailer and affiliate network cookies are described above.

How long we keep information

Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe. Correction reports: 24 months. Analytics: as set by Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor applicable requests.

Children

DupeVerdict is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
